GemSeal® Ultra latex is an additive used with coal tar emulsion sealcoats to provide a tougher protective sealing film. Ultra should be used in all formulations containing sand to prevent aggregate rollout and increase life of film. Ultra Latex complies with all FAA specifications and ASTM specifications for coal tar sealcoats. Ultra latex additive is a milky blue latex containing properitary surfacants and modifiers with a minimum solids content of 40%.
